Pine River has been crafting award-winning cheese spreads since 1963 and is known for its commitment to quality and safety, operating a Safe Quality Food (SQF)-certified facility with state-of-the-art equipment. The company offers a variety of cheese spreads including Cold Pack Cheese Spread, Clean Label Cold Pack Cheese Spread, and Gourmet Snack Spread, each crafted with precision and expertise using the finest dairy ingredients. 

They will share their continuous improvement journey along with their new line layout, and their recent implementation of MM Call Andon System. The tour will showcase the mixing, packaging, and warehouse operations.

The plant boasts state-of-the-art equipment and technology, enabling it to efficiently produce a wide range of steel products to meet the diverse needs of customers across various industries.

Charter Steel is currently pioneering their Operational Excellence System, a testament to their dedication to continuous improvement. During our visit, they will not only unveil the intricacies of its development but also present their deployment strategy for implementation across all their locations. Our tour will take us through their processing facility, where we will have the opportunity to observe firsthand their Gemba boards in action and engage in insightful discussions about their daily management reviews.

Dorner Manufacturing Corporation, a subsidiary of Columbus McKinnon Corporation.  Is a designer and manufacturer of precision conveying equipment for industrial, packaging, and sanitary conveyor automation needs.

They will share a brief explanation of a Quality/CI program Improvement in Warranty and Customer satisfaction with Out of Box Quality improvements.  The plant will show their daily management boards along with some success stories in Safety.  The plant tour will showcase their assembly Lines and fabrication.
