After the tour, Rockline will have a roundtable discussion focused on sharing best practices for employee retention and engagement, attendance policies, employee recognition and training.

Dorner Manufacturing Corporation, a subsidiary of Columbus McKinnon Corporation.  Is a designer and manufacturer of precision conveying equipment for industrial, packaging, and sanitary conveyor automation needs.

They will share a brief explanation of a Quality/CI program Improvement in Warranty and Customer satisfaction with Out of Box Quality improvements.  The plant will show their daily management boards along with some success stories in Safety.  The plant tour will showcase their assembly Lines and fabrication.
